How To Download Your Google Search History

Google introduces a new feature right after announcing the find my phone feature so recently. This new feature enables you to download your web search history on Google.

Today, I will help you download your Google web search history. Remember not to share your history with anyone else.

To download your history, go to Google search and you’ll find the gear icon on the right. Click on it to see the dropdown options > History.

Then, you will see a page like this,

Click on gear icon again and you will see the options like this,

Select Download from it. It will then show you a warning page about the privacy and security of the downloaded history files.

After reading it, click on the Create Archive button. The archive will be created and the link will be emailed to you.

This is how the email looks like,

You can download it on to your computer or just view it from your web browser through Google Drive apps.

Security tip: The downloaded files will be in JSON format and so can be used or opened anywhere. Do not download the file on to a public computer or share it with anyone. The web search history will only available to you only.

One last thing

Do not blame me for your embarrassments. It is you who searched those keywords all those years.

**Just kidding**
