Google Nexus 6 is Available in Stores in India Now

Google has launched the successor of Nexus version, Nexus 6 in India on Tuesday. It is being said that this new Nexus 6 will be available in Indian stores from the next day itself as a part of Google’s Great Online Shopping Festival(GOSF).

As promised, Google makes Nexus 6(32GB) available for the premium price of  Rs.43,999 in the Indian stores. Google also launched Chromecast for Rs.2,999 along with Nexus 6 in GOSF.

Google said that it has introduced GOSF in 2012 for the first time to promote online shopping in India with only 90 merchants and the count goes to 450 by 2014.

“Consumer confidence to shop online is on the rise in India and in the last few weeks, over 5 million users have visited to gosf. In site” says Google India manager Rajan Anandan to media.

Nexus, this time comes with Motorola manufacturer name and Google’s legacy is continued along with it as usual. It comes with 6’’ Quad HD display with the rendering capacity of 1440P resolution on it. The 2.7GHz Quad-core processor, 3GB RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop makes it worth buying one.

Nexus 6 is available exclusively on Flipkart in two memory variants, 32Gb for the price of Rs.43,999 and 64GB with the price tag of Rs.48,999.

However the GOSF is getting into public slowly and Anandan is pretty sure about reaching 100 million buyers by 2016.
