8 Blog Post Ideas I Failed To Write In These 2 Months

Getting flooded with blogging ideas is as troublesome as getting blockage of ideas sometimes. Too many ideas at a time pushes a blogger into ambiguous state. In this article, I’m going to tell you how I failed to write 12 high quality blog posts and how you should do the same.

It is common for any blogger to get hangover with restless blogging and it is also common to get into confusion in most productive times. At those times, ideas generate like fast mutating genetic substance in a sci-fiction movie.

The past two months were very productive for me and I was lost in time and lost a chance an opportunity to write some quality articles on my blog. Some of them might seem off-niche but, don’t judge until you read about them fully.

Blog post ideas that I missed in January

January is the month of festivals. Not only for Indians, but also for the rest of the world. The beginning month of the year brings new hopes and joy for everyone.

Here is what I planned to write in the month of January,

1. Micromax Yureka Review: Playing god with Zeus of all smartphones
2. Windows 10 features and should you upgrade?
3. Lenovo Tab2 A7-10 Review: A tablet in your budget

..and ended up with these,

• Micromax Yu Yureka Honest Review: Take a Tour of Specifications, Pros and Cons (by Rahul)
• Windows 10 is Free to Upgrade for Windows 7,8 and 8.1 Users
• Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 Review: Design, Features, Specifications and Price (by Rahul)

+Rahul snatched two of the opportunities mentioned in above ideas, yet he could give the best of him in those two articles.

Blog post ideas that I missed in February

February is the season of love and February of 2015 is also the season of cricket world cup. Though, it seems like ‘out of niche’ topic to write about, I got some tech blog post ideas to write about, related to love and cricket in this season.

Here are the ideas I got for the month of February,

4. 15 love apps that will impress your girlfriend
5. How not to loose web traffic in this cricket world cup season?
6. Technologies used in ICC cricket world cup 2015
7. Marketing your content in this world cup season
8. How to make money from ICC world cup?

But, I got no time to catch up with those ideas due to my tight schedule with my software development and web projects that I have been assigned to, all of a sudden.

Instead, I started out some discussions(blog posts) in which I have published my readers cum fellow bloggers’ opinions in there. Here are some posts I could manage to have on my blog for the month of February.

• Who is a Professional Blogger? Money Talker or a Reader?
• How to Build Autopilot Internet Marketing Blogs?
• Evergreen Tips for Writing SEO Friendly Blog Posts (guest contribution)

However, that doesn’t meet my ideas count even. Five traffic pulling blog posts ideas were gone in a blink of one month.
